Despite its intimidating appearance, the Tyrannosaurus Rex was not very effective in using its front legs armed with only two claws. Standing at seven meters tall and thirteen meters long, this dinosaur was likely a scavenger, relying on the leftovers of other animals for food. Its impressive size was matched by its over fifty teeth, each measuring over 15 centimeters, which were used for tearing rather than chewing as the dinosaur consumed its food in large pieces. To improve its depth perception while hunting, the Tyrannosaurus Rex's eyes were positioned forward, allowing for overlapping fields of vision.
