Glo Pals Pippa (Green) Light-Up Cubes - 4-pack

The play possibilities truly are endless with Glo Pals

As long as you have water, your Pals, and a passion for play, we guarantee you’ll have a blast! Glo Pals are liquid-activated light-up sensory toys for all ages. These toys each come with their own personality and color. Most of our customers love to use them in the bath and we totally agree that the tub is an awesome spot, but there are so many more places to play with your Pals:

IN THE TUB: These cubes were inspired by a child with autism whose mother used this technology to help him overcome his fear of water. Their liquid-activated properties create a sense of awe and wonder as children experience their colorful glow. Sometimes kids need a little fun factor to get them excited about bath time! Whether it’s as simple as adding a few Pals to the tub to explore, or setting up a potion bath with utensils and containers. It’s also really cool when you get to see the pals’ faces shining onto the side of the tub.

IN DRINKS: This one might come as a surprise but Glo Pals can be used in drinks! We obviously strongly recommend you use lids and straws when kids are involved to eliminate any choking risks. These are also great for adult cocktails to add some fun to the party.

SENSORY BINS: Do your kids love sensory play? If the answer is yes, then they will also love adding these cubes to their sensory bins! A sensory bin is simply a play set up using a sensory material (in this case water), which is contained in some sort of bin or storage container. The awesome thing about sensory bins is that you can tailor them to meet your child’s passions.

THE KITCHEN SINK: Using the sink as somewhere to set up an invitation to play is actually a really great way of containing the mess! Plus it has a huge novelty factor! Our kids think it is so cool being allowed to climb up on a chair, fill the sink with water, and explore.

SENSORY BOTTLES AND BAGS: This is a great option for younger members of the family. It eliminates the worry of small parts being a choking hazard, and also completely contains the mess! The fun thing about sensory bottles and bags is that you can add lots of different and interesting loose parts to really capture your child’s interest & imagination.

OUTSIDE: We’ve seen some really creative uses, even in the swimming pool, but one of our favorite ways is to make lanterns with them.

The product automatically turns on when placed in the bath, and automatically turns off when the bath is drained. The batteries are not replaceable—A Glo Pal lasts for 4-6 weeks on average. It is very important that the Glo Pals are removed from liquid and dried when not in use.

How to Care for Your Pals: Each individual Glo Pal lasts a minimum of sixteen lighted hours. What this means is that the product automatically turns on when placed in the bath, and automatically turns off when the bath is drained. Only the time that the product is lighted will count against the battery life. On average, a Glo Pal should last for a minimum of 30 days. Remove excess water by blowing into the small slots at the top and bottom of the Pal’s face. Be sure to store your Pal on its side for best drying results.

NOTE: must be placed in liquid containing ions to function properly (will not work in purified water or straight alcohol).
